Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing SocialTrades SERVICES. By purchasing SocialTrades’ services, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
(1) WEBSITE USE
SocialTrades possesses full intellectual property rights to all content, images and visual elements on the website. This information may not be used, copied, distributed, transmitted, or altered unless expressly authorised by SocialTrades.
The content and website are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws. These belong expressly to SocialTrades or other copyright owners who have given express authorization to use their information on the SocialTrades website.
(3) INACTIVE USER ACCOUNTS
SocialTrades supplies social media services to those looking to increase their social media following strictly for credibility purposes. The social media followers/views/plays that are provided in all the packages are not to be purchased for engagement but rather for online credibility. We do not guarantee shares, like or comments will arise from the packages that we supply. Although unlikely, there is a chance that purchasing our packages may result in account issues with the respective social platforms. We are 3rd party service providers and we are not affiliated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Soundcloud or Pinterest.
We reserve the right to refuse servicing customers without official explanation and in such cases, we shall refund in full the amounts disbursed to SocialTrades payment accounts.
This is only for online credibility and not the ultimate solution to your marketing needs. It is still your responsibility to keep your account interesting by making sure its content are worth engaging. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the numbers on your social media accounts are balanced.
SocialTrades do not unfollow/unlike/uncomment/un-retweet/undo any services once order is completed. If users are experiencing a decrease in any service, refer to (10) replacement policy for further details. Social media companies may sweep our accounts from time to time and we won’t be able to do anything about it. Our system will try to over deliver every time to prevent fall in services more than purchased.
Social media companies would usually do a sweep of long overdue inactive user accounts and have it deleted. As a user of the service, users that notify SocialTrades within the (10) REPLACEMENT period will have its unbalanced likes/followers/view/etc refilled. Once replacement period expires, no replacement will be provided.
(4) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As you are bound by the Terms of Agreement, you must indemnify, defend and hold SocialTrades free from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your alleged breach of the Terms of Service in using SocialTrades’ services. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold SocialTrades harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Any potential customer agrees to solely use the website for lawful purposes, and not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others or cause damage to the content, service or website. As a user, you agree to refrain from any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. You agree to refrain from accessing content without permission and will not use the website in any way other than the way it is intended.
(6) CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
SocialTrades only requires confidential information that enables to pursue the service. Any other material or information sent to the website will be considered non-confidential. You authorise SocialTrades the royalty-free irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute in whole or in part, the submission in any manner it sees fit.
(7) CORRECTION OF INACCURACIES
SocialTrades reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the content on the website or to change and update the content at any time without giving prior notice. However, SocialTrades does not guarantee that errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected immediately.
Upon registering for weekly or monthly subscription, SocialTrades reserve the rights to bill customer automatically weekly/monthly depending on the plan chosen. Customers will be automatically billed by Stripe payment processing company or request for a manual subscription where customers will need to pay for manually. During subscription period, customers will automatically be upgraded to receive discounts for purchases. If customers wish to cancel their subscription plan, head over to My Account -> Subscriptions apply for either a suspension/temporary hold or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the continuation of next billing cycle.
SocialTrades offers its customers a replacement policy if orders are not delivered as per promised. Below are the terms for each of the social media replacement.
1. Instagram – 5 Days (from the day order/batch is completed)
2. Other services – 7 Days (from the day order/batch is completed)
Customers will need to contact SocialTrades support team to have the replacement conducted. We do not provide replacement once orders exceeded guarantee period.
Some social media such as Instagram well-known for its Instagram Purge. As this is a common practice done by the company, we will not hold any responsibility for any drop in Instagram Followers after the replacement guarantee period.
Any social media accounts with more than 10,000 followers will not be assured by our replacement policy, this is because the drop in followers could be due to the user using other service providers or even organic followers unfollowing the account. If you believe that the follower drop is our fault, let us know.
From 07/09/2016 onwards, SocialTrades will be offering customers an optional “30 Days Replacement Guarantee” for all services at an extra 17% on the total order. All purchases in the order will be guaranteed an extension till 30 days replacement instead of the standard 5/7 days replacement guarantee. The guarantee will only be extended to 30 days from the day order/batch is completed. Any subscription packages with auto billing attached will automatically be rebilled with the “30 Days Replacement Guarantee” option if selected during the first parent order. To cancel the extra service, the subscription will need to be first terminated and reregistered.
(11) MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
SocialTrades offers its customers the option to refund their money if a customer’s needs are not met. These must be processed in due diligence and due process. SocialTrades reserves the right to meet customer satisfaction. Money refunded will only be in the form of “Points/Store Credit” which can be used only in SocialTrades’ website. Refund to PayPal, Stripe, Cryptocurrency & Altcoins and Malaysian Bank Transfer is not allowed. Free funds are not subjected to refund.
SOCIALTRADES will not offer a refund if your video/profile/account has been banned due to it containing SPAM, FRAUD, DDOS and other ILLEGAL CONTENT.
(12) TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The term of this Agreement will begin upon SocialTrades’ acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If SocialTrades determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) withdraw your participation and withhold any amount to you.
You may not run other marketing campaigns while your SocialTrades campaign is running. We use specific statistics to measure our clients’ campaigns, which running simultaneous campaigns may interfere with. If you run other campaigns, then you agree that SocialTrades is responsible for every follower, view, comment, like, visit, and/or vote that you gain during the marketing campaign.
